Pijalni started as an intimate wine bar, but over time they spread their wings and transformed into a cozy bistro. We created a place where relaxation combines with a professional approach, and food and wine harmonize in perfect unity.

We choose wines that are made in harmony with nature – cultivated using traditional methods, by small organic producers, mainly from native grape varieties. We respect the land, we respect nature, and we believe that these old ways are the future. Our cuisine is based on natural, seasonal ingredients sourced from local suppliers. We create a menu that emphasizes the character of our wines and allows them to shine like at a ball.
