Food

Our cuisine is based on a simple form and the elegance of taste. We draw from French classics, Mediterranean simplicity, and the traditions of the Polish table, but we are not afraid of surprising, unconventional combinations. We cook honestly, with respect for the product and the season, creating dishes that are clear in form, but leave room for emotions and curiosity.

Wine

We choose wines that show where they come from.

From producers who respect the soil and vines, treating the vineyard as a living organism. Our hearts beat faster at the thought of France, but we do not close ourselves off to other countries, to which we give a wink in our card.

Dominika Szpakowska

Founder and head sommelier

Her first steps were taken in the Wrocław Powinno, where she realized that sharing wine brought her as much joy as talking about it. She graduated with honors from the international WSET3 course. After some time, she fulfilled her dream and opened her own intimate wine bar in Nadodrze. Running her own place pushed her to import Geek Wines, which she manages to this day. Since 2024, she has co-organized the Bergamuty Wine Summer Camp festival, which every summer hosts some of the most interesting European winemakers.

She learned to respect the soil, the vines, and that every detail matters during a short but intense work experience at Domaine Chapel in Beaujolais.

Tomasz Wencek

Chef

He cooks to feel — and so that others can feel it too. His cuisine stems from home, the touch of dough, the simplicity of nature, and the rawness of hunting. Europe and working in star-rated restaurants taught him elegance and courage, while the Wrocław Dinette showed him that everything starts with a good product and fire.

He runs the Less More Foundation because he believes that food can give a person strength and dignity.
After five years, he returns to the kitchen to cook honestly and share what is most important to him.
