Dominika Szpakowska selecting natural wine bottles at Pijalni

Where our wines come from

Most of our wines come from small producers — people Dominika knows personally or discovered at trade fairs and harvests. Some arrive through Geek Wines (her own import company), others through importers she trusts.

We don't have a fixed supplier list. We have a fixed standard: wines made by hand, from organic vineyards, without unnecessary chemistry. Most are natural wines — but not all, and not because "natural" sounds good. Because wines made this way have more to say.

The wine list

70+ labels, with a dozen rotating weekly. Wide by-the-glass selection thanks to Coravin — we open bottles without exposing the wine to air, so expensive wines can be served by the glass.

The list isn't divided into "white / red / rosé" like most restaurants. Dominika organises it to tell a story — from light to heavy, from familiar to surprising.

Worth exploring

Regions worth knowing — Savoie, Jura, Jurançon. Wines from places nobody's heard of. Mountain-grown, mineral, surprising.

Grapes you haven't heard of — Jacquère, Savagnin, Gros Manseng, Poulsard, Mondeuse. Not Chardonnay, not Merlot.

What is natural wine? — Why most of our wines are natural, what it actually means, and why it's worth trying.
