Why not a generic voucher
Gift portal vouchers send you to a vineyard outside the city or a hotel workshop. You get 4 wines, a piece of cheese, and a lecture about regions. It's fine. It's not special.
We do it differently. Dominika — sommelier with WSET3, natural wine importer — will call the recipient personally. She'll ask what they like, what they haven't tried, what they're curious about. She'll select wines for that specific person. Tomek — chef with Michelin-starred experience — will prepare plates that match those wines.
This isn't a standard product. It's an evening planned for one person.

Wine & small plates · 190 PLN/person
5-6 wines, 3 small plates, about 2 hours. Best for: a first taste of natural wine, a "try it" gift, a friend's birthday.
Tasting dinner · 290 PLN/person
4 courses from the seasonal menu with paired wines, 3 hours. Best for: an anniversary, milestone birthday, a gift that impresses. Our recommendation as a gift — it's a complete evening they'll remember.
Connoisseur evening · 390 PLN/person
6-7 premium wines, 5 courses, intimate group of 4-8. Best for: someone who truly loves wine and is looking for something exceptional.
How it works
1. Message us (Instagram or phone) — tell us who it's for and the occasion.
2. We choose the format together and prepare the gift — a personalised invitation or confirmation for you to print.
3. Dominika contacts the recipient — arranges the date, asks about preferences, selects wines.
4. The evening at Pijalni — wine, food, conversation. No rush.
For what occasion
Birthday — "Instead of another book, bottle, or gadget — an evening they'll actually remember."
Anniversary — a tasting dinner for two. Tomek cooks, Dominika pours, you talk.
Last-minute gift — we don't need time to prepare a physical voucher. A message from us is enough — we'll arrange everything directly with the recipient.

Can I buy a voucher?
We don't sell standard vouchers. Instead, we organise the evening personally — Dominika contacts the recipient, arranges the date, and selects wines for their taste. Message us and we'll prepare an invitation you can give.
How far in advance do I need to order?
We can prepare an invitation within 24 hours. The evening itself requires coordinating a date with the recipient — so the gift works flexibly. No expiration date.
Which format do you recommend as a gift?
The tasting dinner (290 PLN/person) — it's a full evening with food and wine that makes an impression. For a lighter gift, the blind tasting (190 PLN) works perfectly — fun, social, educational. More about blind tasting →
