Our list focuses on wines from organic vineyards, hand-harvested. Wines that skip chemical processes — they express the character of the soil and the vine. Dominika selects every label personally; we source through Geek Wines and other importers.
We have a wide selection of wines by the glass — on weekends we often open bottles not on the list. You don't need to know anything about wine. Tell us what you're in the mood for, and we'll do the rest — pairing with both the food and the moment.
