What a tasting dinner looks like
Tomek cooks four courses from the seasonal menu. Dominika pairs each one — not as an accompaniment, but as part of the same dish. White asparagus with Jurançon. Game with Moulin-à-Vent. Beetroot with blackcurrant and a light Poulsard from Jura. Cheese with Vin Jaune.
Between courses, Dominika talks about the wines — where they're from, who made them, why they work with what's on your plate. It's not a lecture — it's a conversation at the table that you're part of.
Three hours. No rush. Groups of 6 to 14.
How it's different from dinner with wine
At a regular restaurant, you order a dish, then order wine. The waiter suggests "something for fish" or "something for meat." It works, but it's not pairing.
Here, Tomek and Dominika plan the menu together. Tomek knows which wines will be served before he starts cooking. Dominika knows which dishes will be served before she picks the bottles. Every glass and every plate are conceived as one.
That's the difference between "wine with dinner" and "a tasting dinner."

Can I see the menu beforehand?
We don't publish the menu in advance — Tomek cooks with what's seasonal. But if you have allergies or dietary preferences, tell us when booking. We'll adapt.
Is a tasting dinner good for a date?
Yes — but you need a minimum of 6 people for a private format. For a date for two, come for a regular dinner from the menu (Dominika will pair wines) or join an open blind tasting. Date night →
How does it compare in price?
