France — tricky words, beautiful wines

Dominika and Danusia — a Romance-languages scholar and wine enthusiast by trade and by heart — run a series of tastings doubling as a crash course in wine French.

They pick France's lesser-known regions: Savoie, Jura, Jurançon. Each tasting is a chance to understand a region's style, try wines you won't find on every list — and pick up the French words that make labels readable.

The evenings work for professionals and beginners alike. Each tasting includes 5–6 glasses of wine, snacks inspired by the region, and a Polish–French wine glossary.

Regionalni — across Poland with Pijalni

Regionalni ("The Regionals") is our culinary tour of Poland. One weekend a month — alongside the regular menu — you can try our take on dishes from a chosen Polish region.

We show the most interesting regional cooking, done our way. From kartacze dumplings to the cebularz onion flatbread. From starter to dessert.

Oglądalni — wine & cinema at Pijalni

Oglądalni ("The Watchers") are film screenings introduced by a tasting of wines that match the film's mood. Magda from the Wina i Kina project picks the film; Dominika picks the wines.

Every screening opens with a short talk and ends with a discussion of what was drunk and watched. Roughly once a month.

Private tastings

We also run tastings on request — Dominika matches the wines, snacks and theme to your budget and occasion. Birthdays, company evenings, gifts — formats and prices are here, and there's a dedicated corporate page.
